1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lucy97 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the lucy97 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any gaming or betting service offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. lucy97 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucy97 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

lucy97 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from lucy97 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify lucy97 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspicious transactions, or any breach of your account security. lucy97 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to notify us promptly of any security breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All lucy97 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed within the banking section of your account.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your lucy97 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution. lucy97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport). Failure to complete verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• lucy97 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to the relevant promotion.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed on the TRC20 network only. lucy97 will not be responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (playthrough), eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of this Agreement when accepted.

• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on lucy97, including slots, live casino tables, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and game shows, are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or professional live dealers in real-time environments. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance, and past results do not in any way influence future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software failure during a game round, the round in question will be declared void and any bets placed will be returned to the player's account. lucy97 will not honour payouts arising from games that experienced a demonstrable technical error.

Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on lucy97 covers cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events as available from time to time. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted or rejected at lucy97's discretion. In-play betting markets are clearly labelled.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any lucy97 intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the lucy97 platform for any purpose. Unauthorised use of lucy97's intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucy97 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

lucy97's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lucy97 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Responsible Gaming

Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or by lucy97 — the account holder loses access to all platform services. Any verified balance remaining after all checks are completed will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, minus any applicable deductions.

lucy97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
